Nancy is a Virginia Beach native and graduate of Old Dominion University. While attending ODU, Nancy worked full time as a respite care provider for children with various diagnoses, where her love for differently abled children bloomed. Her undergraduate studies are in Human Services and Special Education, where she got the opportunity to work with the Virginia Beach Early Intervention/Infant Program and enjoyed the experience so much that, after the internship was over, served on their board to help advocate for children they serve. Nancy is currently working on Behavior Analysis coursework through Florida Institute of Technology and plans to become a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in the upcoming year and, after that, continuing her education to earn BCBA credentials.
